Hazlett Ministries is seeking an experienced Kajabi specialist and graphic designer in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for project-based contract work.
We are a Christian ministry focused on spiritual growth, healthy leadership, teaching, and missions. We need a creative, technically capable professional who can help bring our courses, website, and communications to life through thoughtful design and a seamless online experience.
Scope of Work
- Build and update Kajabi website pages, landing pages, and course layouts.
- Set up and troubleshoot Kajabi products, offers, checkout pages, email campaigns, and automations.
- Create graphics for courses, events, email communications, and social media.
- Maintain consistent branding across our website and digital materials.
- Develop reusable templates that our team can easily update. Canva proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Recommend practical improvements to website navigation, presentation, and the customer experience.
Ideal Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building and managing Kajabi websites and courses.
- A strong graphic design portfolio with clean, professional work.
- Ability to translate content and creative direction into polished, functional digital assets.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable project delivery.
- Familiarity with Christian ministry audiences and respect for our mission.
- Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and available for occasional in-person collaboration.
Contract Details
This is a project-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Scope, deadlines, and compensation will be agreed upon for each project, with the potential for ongoing work.
